During February 19-21, 2015, His Grace, Bishop MARK attended the Orthodox Christian Prison Ministry Board meeting in Atlanta as the Episcopal Liaison for the Assembly of Canonical Bishops of the United States. Fr. John Kowalczyk, Secretary of the OCPM, also attended.
