All Saints Orthodox Church Welcomes Deanery and Special Guest for Mission Service - 03/27/16
On Sunday, March 27, 2016, the faithful of All Saints Orthodox Church in Olyphant, PA welcomed Clergy, parishioners and guests from the Wilkes-Barre Deanery to the St. Gregory of Palamas Mission Service. The service was presided over by a VERY special guest, His Grace, The Right Reverend DAVID, Bishop of Sitka and Alaska, formerly a clergy member of the Diocese of Philadelphia and Eastern Pennsylvania. The Homily was delivered by the Very Reverend John Kowalczyk, pastor of St. Michael’s Orthodox Church in Jermyn, PA. Following the service, a lenten meal was served in the parish hall.
