Holy Synod Honors Archbishop Dmitri - 05/13/09
On the Feast of Mid-Pentecost, the Holy Synod of Bishops of the OCA gathered at St Seraphim Cathedral in Dallas, TX to honor Archbishop Dmitri on the occasion of his retirement. On Tuesday evening, the Hierarchs attended the service of Vespers and, together with many of the clergy of the Diocese of the South, concelebrated the Divine Liturgy on Wednesday morning. A luncheon was served in the hall following the Liturgy.
