40th Anniversary of the Ordination of Fr. Vladimir Fetcho to the Priesthood - 09/25/2011
Fr. Vladimir Fetcho and Mat. Maryann celebrated their 45th Anniversary of Ordination to the Priesthood on Sunday, September 25th. They have faithfully served the parish of St. Nicholas in Olyphant for 40 years.His Grace, Bishop Tikhon, presided at the Divine Liturgy. Also serving were Fr. Vladimir Fetcho, Fr. Eugene Pianovich, Fr. Eli Krenitsky, Fr. Stephen Evanina, and Dn. John Nightingale. His Grace presented an icon of St. Tikhon of Moscow to Fr. Vladimir and Mat. Maryann.
A banquet was held in their honor at the Regal Room. Fr. Evanina offered a toast and the parish council president presented a gift to Fr. Vladimir and Matushka. Also, the mayor of Olyphant presented a proclamation for the occasion.
