On Sunday evening, October 30, 2016, the Sunday School of St. John the Baptist Orthodox Church in Edwardsville, PA welcomed students, parents, parishioners and friends to their Harvest Festival Celebration. The children played various games, decorated pumpkins, and enjoyed pizza provided by the Sunday School. Children from around the neighborhood enjoyed meeting and having fun with the Sunday School classes. All left with full bellies, gift bags, and lasting friendships. The celebration is part of the ongoing outreach project the Sunday School participates in, and based on the smiling faces, was a great success.
