Iconography Project at St. Michael the Archangel Church
BATH, PA [DOEPA COMMUNICATIONS]
St. Michael the Archangel Orthodox Church in Wilmington, DE, has recently undertook an iconography project painted by Ivan Roumiantsev. The project features the Ascension of Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, with the Icon of the Annunciation on either side and the prophets depicted below.
The next phase for St. Michael's Parish will involve adding the Icon of Pentecost on the North Wall and the Icon of the Burning Bush on the South Wall. Two additional icons will be placed on the walls that face the altar. More information regarding the installation will be provided. The project is fully funded.
