Holy Ascension Welcomes Bishop MARK after Elevation by the Holy Synod - 03/23/14
On March 23, 2014, the faithful of Holy Ascension Orthodox Church in Frackville welcomed His Grace, Bishop MARK, to celebrate Divine Liturgy. This was a special occasion for Fr. James Jadick and the parishioners of Holy Ascension as it was the first service celebrated in the Diocese by His Grace, Bishop MARK, after being approved by the Holy Synod of Bishops to be the Diocesan Hierarch. Following Divine Liturgy, the faithful retired to the church parlors for a light Lenten lunch and Orthodox Fellowship.
