St. John the Baptist celebrates the Resurrection - 04/20/14
On Saturday, April 19, and Sunday April 20, the Orthodox Faithful of St. John the Baptist Orthodox Church in Edwardsville celebrated PASCHA, with Nocturnes on Saturday evening, the processional and Paschal Matins at midnight, and the Divine Liturgy of St. John Chrysostom immediately afterward. Fr. George Volkovinsky and the faithful then retired to Repella Hall for the Blessing of PASCHA baskets. Christos Voskrese! Voistinu Voskrese!
