Holy Cross Welcomes Archbishop MARK and Wilkes-Barre Deanery - 03/25/18
On Sunday, March 25, the community of Holy Cross Orthodox Church in Williamsport, PA welcomed is Eminence, Archbishop MARK, as well as clergy and parishioners from the Wilkes-Barre Deanery to the St. Mary of Egypt Mission Service. Fr. John Kowalczyk delivered the homily. At the conclusion of the Deanery Vespers at Holy Cross, Archbishop MARK formally enrolled Joel Timothy Stoltzfus as a catechumen. After services, those gathered retired to the parish hall for a light lenten meal and Orthodox fellowship.
