St. John the Baptist celebrates the Feast of the Meeting of our Lord - 02/02/14
On Sunday, February 2, 2014, the faithful of St. John the Baptist Orthodox Church in Edwardsville celebrated the Feast of the Meeting of Our Lord in the Temple with candle blessing. Fr. George was joined by Fr. Michael Evans during Divine Liturgy. Following the services, the parish held it's annual "Souper Bowl Sunday," holding a coffee hour and selling various home made soups.
