On December 22, 2013, following Divine Liturgy, St. Michael's Orthodox Church, Mount Carmel had their first Christmas Sing-Along in decades. Father David Mezynski and Father Claude Vinyard joined the parishioners for the event, which was a tribute to Matushka Vinyard, who always had activities for the youth of the parish during the Nativity. Educational guides and coloring books about the Nativity were provided to the youth, and Stephanie Peek read the Nativity to the children who attended. Joe Tosca led the group in the Sing-Along with great enthusiasm.  The parish provided Sing-Along books that included traditional carols and a great time of fellowship and fun was had by all.
